The house is located in North Bondi(405 OLD SOUTH HEAD ROAD) which is a 10 min walk from the beach and a 20 minute drive to the city by bus. It is only a five minute stroll from coffee shops, boutiques, bus stops, and an amazing park. The house has a beautiful garden and a chill-out roof top area with lots of sun and a refreshing breeze that maintains a comfortable heat.
There is a cool bar area with home cinema
The rent its $220 p/w for a big room with double bed for your own.
Price includes bills and internet.
There is a 3 month lease minimum, and a two weeks bond is required.
Inspection will be held on February 6th between 12PM-2PM and 5PM-7PM.
The rooms will be available from this day on.
