I ordered two of these A1150 batteries for two laptops which had Apple factory batteries. I went with these batteries because of the cost savings and I must say they are working just as I expected. The fit in the battery compartment was a bit snug but they did fit correctly and are in perfect working condition.
I bought this A1150 Apple battery as a replacement for the original so I could sell the MacBook Pro. The replacement battery fit perfect and the color matched also. I calibrated the battery (as per the Apple Support Website) and it held a charge for as long as the original did. As for the long term, I don't know as I sold the computer.
