The Role: As the first point of contact for all BS Travel customers we require confident and empathetic individuals to join our customer services department. As a predominantly inbound department your role will be to resolve a range of customer enquires including billing queries. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop your skills. Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants should ideally have experience working in customer service roles. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organisation skills and capability to multi task are also necessary. Full training in all areas is provided.
