Hi I am a professional male (35) with one room available for rent for $250/week plus share of expenses - electricity, water and foxtel (if used).
The room has water views towards North Sydney and is on the top floor in a block of 6 units. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and a sunroom. Available room is unfurnished but have recently purchased new fridge, washing machine, dryer & large tv. There is a small shared balcony with a harbour bridge view.
There is a spare car space (tandem parking).
Looking for another person (not couples) who is tidy and pays rent on time.
Rental bond of 4 weeks rent is payable & rent is payable monthly (in advance).
