Position Summary /Essential job duties include Accounts Receivable individual responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments. Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include: housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and two years' experience in fundamental knowledge of accounting theory and methods, preferably in medical billing and Accounts Receivable. Experience with Excel Spreadsheet a plus! COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient in Outlook, Word, ACT and Excel (test will be administered)
