The Fencing quote we give you is an estimation for the dimensions recieved, the additional charges could be:
Additional Costs:
• Timber Sleeper Retaining Walls are needed, $30 per sleeper or Timber Upright Post.
• Concrete Core Drilling $30 per hole.
• Clearing of Debris / Foliage. Labour Cost Only.
• Major Rock/Roots are found beneath the ground still hand while digging the post holes. No Cost per hole.
• Solid Rock or Concrete Where Jackhammer is needed $15 per hole.

Colorbond Fencing
• We only use Genuine Colorbond (Bluescope Steel) material which has laser insignia on each panel.
• All Colours are the same cost & choosing a different colour framing to the sheeting is the same cost.
• We can Double Sheet your New Fence or Lattice, making different coloured sheeting on either side. But the framing (Posts & Rails) will be the same colour on both sides.
• Every Colorbond Post is set 600mm deep into the soil and a full 20 kg Bag of Concrete is used for each hole.
• We can build Colorbond Fencing a maximum 2.4m in height.
• We can extend the height of an existing Colorbond fence a maximum of up to 600mm.

• A Treated Pine Timber Sleeper Retaining Wall will be needed if your ground level height is different to the neighbouring property. It is built directly beneath the New Colorbond Fence. The Pine Retaining wall Sleepers are H4 standard & treated with Copper Chrome Arsenic for outdoor durability.
