After quite easy use of 5mW red line laser module and proper use of 5V 1000mA DC input power supply, it keeps work with highly visible and clear red reference line projection in close distance. It adopts 650nm red laser diode as beam emitting source, after basic use of metal heat sink cooling system and APC, ACC driving circuit board, it keeps work with efficient thermal emitting and highly stable red line projection in continuous use effectively.
After special use of separate crystal lens with different fan angle of 10 to 93 degree, 5mW red line laser module is generating non Gaussian distribution red laser beam from beam aperture, and generating highly bright and fine red line projection. It keeps work with the same line brightness from middle part towards both ends. After correct selection of optic lens degree and correct adjustment of laser beam focus and laser line targeting direction, this laser line generator makes easy and accurate line projection in close distance constantly.
