On basis of the need of the most accurate and finest line projection on various targeting surfaces, formal manual or mechanical line aligning tool cannot be comparable with Berlinlasers red laser line generator. It is projecting formal brightness red laser light directly from 650nm red laser diode. When it is being made with wide range output power of 5mW to 100mW, after easy connect with DC input power supply, red laser module is projecting highly visible red laser beam and highly clear red reference line on various targeting surfaces.
On basis of the use of qualified glass coated lens or separate crystal lens, after quite strict laser beam stability tests up to 24 hours, this red laser line generator gets selected optic lens degree within 10 to 110 degree, and then producing extremely fine and straight red reference line in distance. According to basic measurement of line length, line thickness and work distance, only if red laser module is correct selected with output power and optic lens degree, it achieves no mistake line projection with high stability and long lifetime in use.
