An Economisers is primarily built to Remove generally removed heat from the Flue Gas Supply or a Hot Air Supply and to use the restored heat for pre-heating the boiler feed water, heating water for clean down purposes or process heating. Thermal Fluid can be distributed through an Economisers, again using extracted heat for Process or Space Heating.
Plate Heat exchangers are a basic, affordable way of recouping waste heat in the flue gases of Gas Fired Boilers.
All Economisers are subject to Additional Design Confirmation and 3rd party examination.
