I am a qualified, experienced and compassionate clinical hypnotherapist and counsellor who specialises in hypnotherapy for self esteem and confidence issues, weight management/healthy lifestyle, motivation and achieving goals, emotional healing, overcoming abuse/childhod issues and sports performance improvement.
Hypnotherapy sessions are completely confidential, very relaxing and powerful, and take place in a private comfortable location just 6 minutes drive from Sydney CBD in Nautral Bay. I am also available for bookings on Tuesday afternoons in the beautiful Alysium Spa located on level 1 in Myer, Sydney CBD. Usually sessions take around one hour, however please allow a litle more time for your first session.
As many of my clients are city workers, I am flexible with booking times and can accomodate before/after work and weekends subject to availability.
The cost is $95 each session and bookings can be made by calling/texting Renee on 0410 18 99 18, or if you would like an appointment right in the middle of the city on Tuesdays please call the Alysium spa on 9238 9858 and enquire about their packages.
