It can be used on machining centers, lathes, CNC milling machines and perform endless operations combined with one setup, on both spindles in rotation on both stations static on lathes. The tool balance allows to obtain a rotation speed of up to 16.000 turns / min., thereby increasing also the cutting speed. The stem is made of special steel with chrome, molybdenum and vanadium (THG 2000), with high mechanical strength, performed on h6 tolerance and suitable for the shrink fitting. Inserts supplied allow processes to center, countersink, turning, facing heads, and blunt impact.
