With a large and loyal customer base, we specialise in high-end, hand-made cakes, artisan baked breads, preserves, biscuits, slices and pastries.
We are looking for a qualified Pastry Chef to join the team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will possess the followings attributes:
*Team player
*The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Extensive prior experience in a similar role
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Checking and receiving all direct purchases of food items, food store requisition etc.
*Communicating politely and displaying courtesy to guests and internal customers
*Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships
*Monitoring health and safety procedures in the work place
*Ensuring strict cost control, standard recipes, wastage control etc.
