We are looking for a 3rd flatmate for a huge apartment in Darling Point.
Apartment is located a few steps from 327 bus stop (that goes to the city and Bondi Junction), very close to the ferry and 15min walk to Edgecliff station. Also very close to Rushcutter's Bay park. Classic 3 story-building with a lot of flair, apartment is located on the top floor.
Room is big, sunny, with built-in wardrobe. The living/dining area and kitchen (utensils and appliance included) are fully furnished, flatscreen tv and dvd in lounge. Use of washing machine and dryer included in rent. There is plenty of natural light in the apartment and leafy outlook. The floors throughout are carpet. The only furniture that would be required is for the bedroom.
Our current flatmate is moving to Germany.
