Are you a facility manager or director of nursing feeling trapped by red tape? Would you like to be responsible for your own team and be able to provide optimal care to your residents?
As a facility manager you will coordinate the day to day running of a reputable facility. You will provide leadership to your team including roster management, budgets, ACFI and general management of the service. You will work closely with the management team and family of the residents to provide tailored and person centred care plan.
As a Facility Manager you will hold full AHPRA registration. Have extensive aged care experience and ACFI knowledge. Have a proven work history in care management and a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
